07:41 Over the years there have been many representations and renditions of my vision of what SPLINTER is becoming.

Quantum Physics inspires SPLINTER and essentially it is The Observer Effect.

Experience design (for others) means taking yourself out of the picture and filling it with just the experience itself … which is very difficult to do since any perspective has a unique signature : that specific spacetime, that particular waypoint that someone set into place.

That is probably the reason I have a problem with selfies: what I have always attempted to do in my storytelling is to transport others into a spacetime with as little of me in it as possible : once whatever I created is observed, it now belongs to The Observer.

Creating the purest spacetime portals is challenging. It’s why I mainly focus on natural landscapes and empty (unpopulated) structures. It is very difficult nowadays to visit anywhere and get the sights & sounds - a true sense of the place- without human interference.

If you come from this ethos, photographers, videographers, artists & creators of all kinds get what I’m talking about here: that inner angst when you’re on location or have to get there when there is less of a chance to have someone or something ruin that perfect shot.

If you have ever been to a location with minimal or no notes of civilization except your Self - it can be anywhere from an eerie to freeing experience.
